Tu Bishvat Celebration – January 20, 2019

A Tu Bishvat Seder Grows at Kane Street

Sunday, January 20, 3.00-4:30pm

A new Kane Street take on this mystical Kabbalistic custom

Join us for an interactive and song-filled Seder, featuring our Almond Tree Ensemble of Kane Street teacher-musicians, to celebrate the beauty and majesty of trees and their fruit, along with their significance as symbols and metaphors for our spiritual growth, the environment, and Israel.

At stations corresponding to the holiday's four spiritual levels, Kane Street clergy and teachers will lead participants from grade school and above through the holiday's blessings, meanings, and mystical messages, as we enjoy the holiday's nuts, fruits, and drinks.
