This form is for current KSK families re-enrolling their child in the preschool and any families who have submitted an application for a child enrolling for the first time who have received an offer to enroll, including former KSK families and members of Kane Street Synagogue.
Note: If you are a synagogue member, current Kane Street Kids parent, or have otherwise received an offer to enroll, please make sure you are
logged in to your Kane Street Portal to access the form and tuition schedule.

If you would like to express an interest for a new student (but not yet hold a place), please complete the Application for Admission form along with a $75 application fee. The Preschool Director will contact you in due course.
The $75 fee is waived for Kane Street Synagogue members, and current and former KSK families.
